Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility RyanApp is available to all users worldwide. However, the application currently supports only English, Romanian, and Turkish. Both individual users and businesses are allowed to create accounts and use the service.

2. Account Registration & Usage Users must provide their full name (not required to be accurate), phone number (verified via OTP), email (optional), and a password. Users can delete their accounts at any time from their account settings within the app. RyanApp reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to using offensive language, inappropriate behavior, or misusing the app for purposes other than parking-related communication.

3. QR Code Rules Each account is linked to one unique QR code. Users can create multiple accounts to obtain multiple QR codes, but each account must be associated with a unique phone number and installed on a separate device. QR codes will expire if the user does not renew their membership or fails to activate the QR code. Expired QR codes cannot be used until reactivated or the subscription is renewed.

Additionally, when a QR code is scanned using a smartphone camera, users are directed to an initial webpage where they can choose how to contact the driver. The available options include sending a predefined message via RyanApp or being redirected to WhatsApp. The WhatsApp option does not automatically insert the car owner's phone number, ensuring privacy while facilitating contact.

4. Messaging Policy Non-registered users can only send predefined messages created by the app’s administrators. Subscribed users can send custom messages. RyanApp does not tolerate offensive, abusive, or inappropriate messages. Any complaints regarding message content will be taken seriously and investigated accordingly. Users can report concerns via the support system available in the help section of the app.

5. Payments & Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the next billing cycle. Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple or Google Play account settings. Payments are processed exclusively through in-app purchases on Apple and Google Play stores.

6. Ownership & QR Code Customization RyanApp, owned by Code Ignition SRL, retains full ownership of all QR codes generated within the app. Users cannot modify the QR code itself but can personalize its layout, including adding their name, a custom message (e.g., "Scan the code to contact the driver"), and changing fonts. RyanApp reserves the right to restrict or disable QR codes that violate the terms outlined in Section 7.

7. Prohibited Activities & Consequences The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Sending offensive, abusive, or inappropriate messages.
- Harassing, threatening, or spamming other users.
- Creating QR codes for purposes unrelated to parking communication.
- Attempting to manipulate or alter the QR code system.
- Registering multiple accounts under false identities.

Violations of these rules may result in:

- A warning for first-time offenses.
- Account suspension or restriction for repeated violations.
- Permanent account termination in cases of severe misconduct.

8. Liability & Disclaimer RyanApp is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the app. Message delivery is not guaranteed due to potential technical limitations beyond RyanApp’s control.

9. Updates to Terms RyanApp will strive to notify users before changes to the Terms & Conditions take effect. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should cancel their subscription and discontinue use of the app.
