1. Data Collection RyanApp collects the following personal data: full name, email (optional), and phone number (required for verification). RyanApp does not track users' locations but may request location access during signup to facilitate phone country code selection and default language preferences.

2. Data Storage & Security User data is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access. RyanApp retains data for as long as the account remains active. Inactive accounts may be deleted after a certain period of inactivity.

3. Third-Party Sharing RyanApp does not share user data with any third parties. However, Apple and Google handle all payment processing, and they may access users’ payment details as per their respective policies.

4. User Rights & Controls Users can:

• Request a copy of their stored data.

• Delete their accounts and erase their data permanently.

• Update their personal information (name, phone number, email, and password) through their account settings.

5. Cookies & Tracking RyanApp does not currently use cookies. However, in future updates, tracking tools such as Google Analytics may be implemented.

6. Legal Compliance RyanApp is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union. As part of compliance, users have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data. At this time, RyanApp does not provide an opt-out mechanism for data collection aside from account deletion.

7. Updates to Privacy Policy Users will be notified of any updates to the Privacy Policy via the app’s notification system. Users must agree to the updated policy to continue using the app. If they do not agree, they may delete their accounts.
